Speaker Application Process

  • Notification: Applicants will be notified of their application status by March 1st, 2025.
  • Submission Limits: You may apply for up to three sessions
  • Pre-conference Requirement: Speakers must be available for a pre-event call with their co-presenter, and a member of the committee to align on session content and objectives.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Submit a brief bio (250 words or less).
    • Provide a high-resolution headshot for event promotion purposes.
